Fees charged for the services of our law office are based on hourly rates of the team members, which depend on their skills and experience. With regard to the scope of services for the Client, we use hourly rates as follows:

• directly - by multiplying the number of hours worked by a person performing the service by his or her rate,
• indirectly - as an element in fee calculation for a regular service; we use different systems tailored to the needs of our Clients,
• indirectly - as a basis for the calculation of a lump sum fee agreed in advance for a specific task.

No matter the method of calculation agreed with the Client, our fee does not include external costs covered by us on behalf of the Client, including stamp duties, court fees, costs of official copies (extracts), certificates, certified translations, postage etc. Our fee does not include travel and accommodation outside the Tri-City of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia.

On behalf of our Clients who have a cooperation contract with us, we pay the majority of external costs, which are then reconciled with the Client in agreed reference periods.
